Millville

Airport Industrial Park

Phase I - Under this first development phase, a total of 100 acres were improved to create 19 industrial tracts. To date, all tracts have been sold, with construction in progress on several parcels. A total of 300 permanent jobs are anticipated as a result of Phase I development.

Phase II - Under the second development phase, improvements were made to the air side land creates 15 new sites from a 53-acre tract. A total of 160 long-term jobs are estimated to result from this development. Sites are available for lease from the city in Phase II.

Gorton Road Industrial Park - The Gorton Road Industrial Park was developed by the City of Millville specifically to accommodate industries looking for convenient access to Route 55. With value priced land and central location, this park offers a tremendous business opportunity to serve a regional market.

Vineland

The Vineland Industrial Park is centrally located and adjacent to the Garden Road interchange of Route 55, placing it within a 45 minute drive to Philadelphia. To date, the industrial park offers 650,000 square feet of industrial buildings, employing nearly 1,000 residents and a prime location in New Jersey’s largest land area city. Egg Harbor City

Egg Harbor City Industrial Park is steeped in history as a manufacturing/business center with a skilled and dedicated workforce. Gateway Business Park, Oldmans Township, Salem County

Gateway Business Park consists of 284 developable acres and offers immediate access to Interstate 295 at Exit 7. The park is within close proximity to the New Jersey Turnpike, and the Delaware Memorial and Commodore Barry Bridges. Leading corporations throughout the region are discovering that Salem County offers a tremendous strategic opportunity to deliver goods to East Coast markets with just an overnight drive. Woodbine Airport and Business Park
